Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers Association, India's foremost industry association in the Electrical and Electronics sector, comprising about 400 members and representing a turnover of $ 8 Bn (Rs 40, 000 crores), has bestowed a prestigious honour on Larsen & Toubro Limited for the third time in last fifty years since its inception.

IEEMA's executive council, which consists of twenty elected members has elected Mr. R. N. Mukhija, L&T's Member of the Board and Senior Vice President (Operations), for the post of President of IEEMA for the year 2002-2003.
